Course Description
This Level I course covers the use of electrical instruments and electrical metrology in calibration laboratories, focusing on specific precision electrical measurement equipment as well as its usage and associated electrical measurement principles. Participants will learn key technical information on electrical measurement, tailored to calibration technicians, including how to read a digital multimeter, null detectors, the principles of a faraday shield (also called a faraday cage), and other types of instrumentation used in calibration labs.
